Lake Havasu 7th Annual Great Pineapple Race. Area residents get ready for the 7th Annual Great Pineapple Race sponsored by the Lake Havasu Hospitality Association. This is an exciting family friendly where local businesses, city council members, and police and fire departments compete in an outrigger canoe race. This year’s theme is called, Craziest Havasuvian Tribal Attire. All teams must wear their favorite Havasu Tribal attire and will compete for best costume.

Price: $75.00 per canoe team (free for spectators)

The race will begin at the south end of the Bridgewater Channel and the finish line will be at the Dog Park. Every year brings out the fun and competitive spirit between all of the community participants. Spectators may watch the race along the Channel.
Registration forms are available through the Lake Havasu Hospitality Association. Five people per boat with a fee of $75 per team; teams must be an active member of the Lake Havasu Hospitality Association and in good standing to participate.
